If, during the first year of installation, the system we provide does not perform the function for which it was designed and sold, and you experience a repetitive problem that remains uncorrected after reasonable attempts at repair, we will – under the Performance Guarantee and at no cost to you – replace the system with identical equipment or with equipment of comparable features and benefits, or, remove the equipment and refund 100% of your original purchase price.

The Performance Guarantee applies to new equipment which is purchased and installed by EcoWater Northwest and is not applicable to equipment which is damaged or destroyed by forces of nature, abuse, neglect or misuse, or change in feed water conditions.
